New classes starting!

I’m starting two weekly classes at Fifth Dimension gym in Ebley- Saturdays at 10am and Tuesdays at 8am. They’re going to be Slow Flow classes, offering the chance to increase both strength and range of motion (flexibility, but with control); reduce the effects of stress on body and mind; and simply to slow down, stretch, and breathe. A complement to the strong practices already available at the gym.

Free to members of Fifth Dimension, these classes start on Saturday 30th September.

Also coming soon- a new Gentle Flow class at Camargue House in Cheltenham. Home to both Cheltenham School of Fine Art and to Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre, this beautiful studio engenders a sense of calm and uplift thanks to its airy feel and lack of clutter. Suitable for most people, this class will aim to help you improve your strength and functional range of motion, and alleviate the toxic effects of stress on the body and mind, using a mixture of breath work and yoga asana (postures) and informed by my ongoing training in Yoga Therapy. (Please note, I am not yet a qualified yoga therapist!)
Starts on Monday 9th October at 9:30am.

  1. I’m really interested in your Chronic Stress yoga. I work 3 out of 4 Saturdays but feel I really need something like this to balance my stress/anxiety & overall nervous system regulation in menopause.

Would you consider hosting a future course on a Thursday evening? Maybe that’d work for other people as well as myself.

    Thank you for your consideration.

    1. Hi Rose, thank you for your interest in the course. I certainly hope to run this again and probably in different formats, possibly online, possibly as a day workshop and possibly an evening. If you sign up to my newsletter via the link on my homepage, or follow my Facebook page, you’ll get early news of courses and workshops that I’m running.
