How to Practise With me

There are a few different ways to practise with me, depending on what you need right now: steadiness, community, depth, or a longer arc of transformation. Everything I offer is grounded in nervous-system literacy, embodied practice, and a gentle, relational approach.

This page is an overview. Each section links to a page with more detail.

Where to begin

  • Want a regular practice? Start with Classes.
  • Want to practise at home, in your own time? Try Practise Anytime.
  • Want personalised, one-to-one support for a health or wellbeing concern? Explore Yoga Therapy.
  • Standing at a threshold (midlife, transition, change) and want a held, reflective journey? Read about Embodied Journeys.
  • Looking for support for a young person, or for your school? See For Parents and Schools.

Still unsure? Try Which pathway should I choose?, or get in touch and we’ll find the right place together.

Classes

A steady, familiar rhythm: movement, breath, grounding, and space to come home to yourself.

Classes are simple, accessible, and rooted in the body you have today, with no performance and no pressure. If you want a regular practice that supports your week, this is the place to begin.

Practise Anytime

Practise Anytime

For the moments when you need something right now: a way to steady, soften, reconnect, or simply breathe. These are short, gentle practices you can do in your own time and at your own pace, with no booking and no equipment. They start from £8.

You’ll find guided audios, movement sequences, and a self-paced short course for overwhelm.

Yoga Therapy

A one-to-one therapeutic process, grounded in safety, pacing, and collaborative care. Yoga therapy is evidence-informed and suits you if you’re looking for support with a particular health, wellbeing, or lifestyle concern, such as stress, pain, sleep, low mood, or anxiety.

It’s different from the Embodied Journeys, which are reflective and exploratory rather than clinical. I’m registered with the CNHC, and I also offer Teen Yoga Therapy for young people.

Embodied Journeys

For when you’re at a threshold (midlife, transition, identity shift, unravelling, or re-emergence) and want a held, intentional arc of transformation.

Embodied Journeys weave together somatic practice, mythic framing, nervous-system work, and reflective inquiry. They’re spacious, relational, and deeply personal. There are a few ways in:

What threads everything together

However you practise with me, the heart of the work is the same:

  • gentleness
  • nervous-system awareness
  • embodied presence
  • mythic and psychological depth
  • space to be fully yourself
  • a steady, relational container

This is the thread that runs through everything I offer.
