A practice-led CPD session for teachers and support staff: a short regulation practice, the simple psychoeducation behind it, and techniques staff can use in the classroom with no equipment and very little prep. Available as a twilight session or INSET slot, shorter and lighter-touch, or more in-depth.
The Exam Calm Course for schools
Exam-season wellbeing support for year groups or small cohorts. Learn more about Exam Calm for schools.
Working in schools
I have over fifteen years’ experience in education, including mainstream classrooms and specialist provision, and I currently work as a Wellbeing Practitioner in a secondary school. I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate, I’m registered on the DBS Update Service, and I maintain up-to-date safeguarding training. My sessions support, but don’t replace, a school’s own pastoral and mental-health provision.
