A gentle, supportive space for self reflection and reconnection

Many of us move through the world carrying more than we realise- responsibility, exhaustion, old patterns, unspoken grief, the quiet weight of being the one who holds everything together.
Women in particular often find themselves holding not only their own lives- the admin, the relationships, the work, the emotional load- but also the needs and burdens of partners, children, ageing parents, and wider family.
The Embodied Journey offers a place to lay some of that down. A place to listen inwardly, to notice what you’re carrying that is truly yours, and what you may have picked up out of love, habit, expectation, or necessity.
If you find yourself in a life that suddenly doesn’t feel like the one you expected, or one that needs rebuilding in ways you didn’t choose, this journey offers a gentle, steady space to understand where you are now.
You may discover that some things can be released, and that letting them go creates space- not for a different version of you, but for a clearer, more compassionate relationship with the person you already are.
This is not therapy, or coaching. It’s a reflective, embodied space that draws on gentle movement, breath, philosophy, and other contemplative practices offered with care and compassion.
The intention of this journey is understanding- not fixing, healing, or changing- so that any future choices arise from informed, embodied consent.
Over the course of your journey, I hold space for you to
- slow down and reconnect, creating space to pause and return to yourself
- explore your patterns with curiosity and without judgement, through breath and body
- notice where tension lives, how it shifts, and meet what arises with compassion
- find clarity without pressure or expectation
- reflect on your deeper layers in a calm, steady, supportive space
We might use - gentle movement
- breathwork
- meditation
- journalling
- teachings from yoga philosophy
- somatic inquiry
- Tarot
- Other practices that we might be called to
Nothing forced. Everything invitational. Everything grounded.
Who is this for?
This journey is for women who feel stretched, at a transition moment, or have been carrying too much for too long- and who want a gentle, reflective space to understand themselves more deeply.
It’s for those navigating change, feeling stuck or scattered, or finding themselves in a life that no longer feels like the one they expected.
No experience of yoga is needed- just curiosity, willingness, and enough emotional steadiness to explore your inner landscape with care.
A note on what this journey is– and isn’t
This work is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or medical care. It is a reflective and embodied exploration designed to support self‑understanding and informed personal choice.
This journey is best suited to those who feel emotionally resourced and curious about understanding themselves more deeply, rather than those seeking support for acute psychological distress, or mental or physical health treatment.
If at any point it becomes clear that therapeutic or clinical support would be more appropriate, I will encourage clients to seek support within those settings.

Scope of practice
Before proceeding, please take a moment to read through these notes in order to ensure that this work is the right fit for you at this time
This journey offers a guided, embodied inquiry into the inner landscape- supporting understanding of patterns, impulses, and ways of relating to oneself and the world.
The focus of this work is awareness, meaning‑making, and conscious choice. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or trauma processing. I do not diagnose, treat, or seek to resolve psychological or emotional conditions within this container.
While reflective and embodied experiences may arise, the intention is understanding rather than intervention. Clients retain full responsibility for how they interpret, integrate, and act on what they discover through the process.
This work is suitable whether you choose a single session or a small series of sessions- as long as you feel emotionally steady enough to explore your inner landscape with care.
