Come along next Saturday and give yourself a chance to truly relax and unwind. We will start strong with some Yang postures, using up any nervous energy and generating feel-good endorphins, before settling into some softer, long-hold Yin poses (with the option to make these more restorative by using props to support your body). To finish, sink back and welcome the liminal state of Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep, with a deeply relaxing guided meditation. There are only a few places left on this workshop and you can book yours here.
No previous experience is necessary- just bring your own blanket!
Festive Mindful Movement
In the period between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, we often eat more, and richer food than usual, and maybe move less, or differently. The social side of the celebrations can also, sometimes, feel a bit overwhelming. These things combined can leave people feeling stiff, stressed, and a bit uncomfortable. Or maybe you just miss your normal yoga class, or you feel like doing something a bit different before settling back down to another film and a mince pie 🙂
If you feel the need to find some space for yourself, to move, stretch, and breathe, to come back to yourself and ease the mind as well as the muscles, come along to Frampton Village Hall at 10am on Wednesday 27th December.
Donations/pay as you feel. All equipment provided, and this practice will be suitable for most people- a slow flow with the option to build more heat and strength if that’s what you need.
